Remington’s Model 783 bolt action rifle is crafted using proprietary methods that create the tightest tolerances from rifle to rifle. The dual-pillar bedding platform free-floats the button-rifled barrel for the ultimate in shot-to-shot consistency, and the black synthetic stock contains a high nylon fiber content, giving it superior strength and rigidity. The crisp CrossFire trigger system is factory set at 3.5 lbs and is user-adjustable from 2.5 to 5lbs. The Model 783 rifle also features a detachable steel magazine with a steel latch and a SuperCell recoil pad.
