The Infantry Defense Systems (IDS) Multimax Closed Bolt SAW is a belt fed, multi caliber self-loading rifle configured in 5.56mm. An improved design compared to the original M249. The closed bolt operating system results in a rifle with much less mechanical movement when the trigger is pulled, resulting in better accuracy. This rifle uses a standard H&K G3 style trigger with a higher strength 33 lb hammer spring, made specifically for use in belt fed weapons. The closed bolt SAW ships with a quick change 16.1 inch barrel.
Guns start to ship summer 2021 and are available in limited quantity.

Ships in a trunk case “Just Add Ammo” ready. Includes a 100 round box magazine, links, hand loader, and Second Amendment Swag. Gun can be assembled from the trunk case and ready to fire in under 60 seconds. Check out the two videos below.
