There is also considerably less wear to the airgun’s most important part, where the receiver meets the barrel. The F40 uses a fixed barrel, which means that every shot is mechanically consistent with the next one. The long underlevel requires less effort to operate, and when not in use locks positively under the barrel giving the rifle balance.
