REMINGTON 700 VLS Bolt-Action RifleThe Model 700 VLS (Varmint Laminated Stock) delivers tack-driving,varmint rifle accuracy with a handsome, resin-impregnated, laminatedstock. Includes Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and a wide, flat, beaver tailshape fore-end for enhanced stability. Firmly bedded in the stock is arigid Model 700 action, mated with a vibration-dampening 26-inch heavyvarmint barrel.

Also, a counterboard bolt faced that comp- letly encloses the cartridge head with an unbroken ring of steel. That ring feeds inside the barrel chamber, which is further surrounded by the receiv- er. the resulting three rings of steel create the strongest action made.
