Like all Model 870 shotguns, this workhorse features a receiver milled from a solid billet of steel for maximum strength and reliability. The silky-smooth twin action bars prevent binding and twisting so youll always have the chance to get off a second shot.
Because young shooters are more likely to become stewards of the shooting sports if they are initiated with a gun that fits properly, the 870 Express Compact features a shorter LOP and barrel length than standard 870s for proper balance. It has a durable, synthetic forend and buttstock with sling swivel studs, adjustable LOP (to 1), and a SuperCell recoil pad for a comfortable shooting experience. These compact 20 gauge models have a 21 vent rib barrel, single bead sight, and Modified Rem Choke.
This item has non-glare, matte-finish metalwork, with a stock and forend dressed in Mossy Oak Pink Blaze camouflage.
