While all suppressors offer sound reduction, Barrett suppressors are specifically designed to also reduce maximum amounts of visible muzzle flash allowing the shooters position to remain unknown even in low light situations. Barrett Adapter Mount suppressors are made of ultra light, high strength titanium and utilize a proprietary monolithic core design. AM suppressors are designed to be used on precision rifles where an emphasis is placed on maximum precision, minimal and repeatable point-of-impact shift, as well as sound and flash suppression.
