Description

Based on the groundbreaking SCARAB silencer, the PILOT uses the same high-efficiency internals encased in an aerospace quality aluminum alloy body. The ultra-light-weight (3.5 oz) and compact size of the PILOT make it particularly well suited for employment on small frame pistols. The all-aluminum baffle-stack delivers astonishing levels of sound reduction without the use of liquids or coolants. Rather than ask the consumer to risk the durability of their investment and $200.00 transfer tax on the inherent weaknesses of an all-aluminum rear mount, AAC designed the PILOT with a 300 series stainless steel rear mount to eliminate thread wear common with all-aluminum mounts. Delivered with a hard-coat, matte-black anodized finish, the PILOT is available with 3/8-24, 7/16 -28 or 1/2-28 tpi threads to accommodate numerous host firearms.
