Nothing can be more representative of the opening of the American West and the early days of the Winchester Firearms brand than a single-shot rifle. This Single shot, lever-action rifle has a gloss blued finish on the 24 octagon barrel and the steel receiver, which is drilled and tapped. It features an oil-finished stock made of Grade I walnut with a checkered pistol grip and a Schnabel forearm. It also has a Pachmayr rubber butt pad, gold bead front sight with semi-buckhorn rear sight and sling swivel studs.
