The Polish RGA-86 is a 15 shot rotary flare launcher. Due to it’s rotary design these were only importable into this country as a signal launcher. The Polish quality makes this launcher far better built than any rotary.

This 15 shot rotary launcher requires NO licenses as the BATF Tech Branch has reviewed and designated this a non weapon and not a firearm as long as it is used as intended. This unit is intended as a life-saving signaling device, for flares and smoke rounds only! We highly recommend this- it’s truly unique!
